WhatsApp Rolled Out ‘Search Draft Messages’ for iPhone users

A new feature is being created by WhatsApp for iPhone users, “Search for Draft Messages” which is going to make it a lot easier to retrieve drafts of unsent messages. WhatsApp continues to attempt to enhance the effectiveness and organization of communication, and this feature is part of that effort.

The “Search for Draft Messages” feature by WhatsApp is already being worked on for iOS, according to WABetaInfo. Initially reported for Android in early June, the feature is reportedly being prepped for iPhone users as well. Although a debut date has not yet been disclosed, it is anticipated to appear in a future beta version shortly.

A new filter option will be introduced into the conversations list through this feature. When applied, it will highlight every conversation during which the user started writing a message but never send it. By removing the need to manually scroll through all of the conversations list, this will help save time and energy, in particularly for individuals who regulate several conversations.

WABetaInfo provided a screenshot demonstrating how this filter will generate a specific draft section under the Chats page. It helps users go over unfinished ideas or reminders by highlighting discussions with unsent messages in a new list.

Additionally, because it guarantees that no message is overlooked, the feature will be useful for users who frequently halt chats or multitask. When it launches, it will probably rank among WhatsApp’s most useful UI changes, particularly for professionals and busy users.
