Innovista and NCERT have officially collaborated with Tech Partner under the National CERT’s Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE) strategy.
In Islamabad, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at a ceremony to establish the partnership officially at the National CERT headquarters.
Dr. Haider Abbas, TI, Director General, National CERT, presided over the signing ceremony. Khurram Javed, Director of Capacity Building; Syed Imran Haider, Assistant Director of Training; and Brig. Rana Farrukh Saleem, Secretary of NTISB, were with him.
INNOVISTA (PVT.) LTD. was being represented by Saleem Arif, the Executive Director, as well as Awais Bin Siddique, the Director of Corporate & Regulatory Affairs, Dr. Usman Zia, the Technical Director, and Hisham Sarwar, the Chief Executive Officer.
Through research collaboration, talent development, and technical innovation, this strategic partnership seeks to enhance national cybersecurity capabilities.
As a member of the Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE), INNOVISTA and NCERT Tech Partner will collaborate closely to create innovative solutions, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote cybersecurity capacity building.
Dr. Haider Abbas was upbeat about the agreement, pointing out that such alliances are essential to Pakistan’s development of a safe and independent digital infrastructure.
The Cyber Innovation Ecosystem (CIE) is an inclusive and dynamic framework that aims to close the gap between academic and research institutions, private companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), government agencies, and new technology innovators.
This program aims to promote innovative cybersecurity solutions, improve the sharing of cyber threat intelligence, and strengthen national resilience against highly skilled cyber attackers by creating a synergistic environment.
