WhatsApp Animated Stickers

Whatsapp is making progress in tests for new features which will let users send telegram like new Animated Stickers. This feature was available in the beta update but has been removed right away.

Facebook-owned instant messaging service WhatsApp has approximately 2 billion users around the globe. In previous months the popular messaging service WhatsApp has implemented more features, one of the latest is search by date for iOS and for android new storage tool.

This new exciting feature i.e Animated Stickers is under testing and predicted to be available soon in Beta versions of WhatsApp. For Andriod its and for iOS or even new versions. Previous versions might provide this feature but have fewer improvements bug fixes etc. Animated stickers were currently available for beta tester but soon it will be available for the public.

As reported by Webetainfo the launching of animated stickers has been divided into three folds:

  1. First is holding the feasibility of viewing , saving the received stickers and sending it to others in an instant message (IM).
  2. Second providing the possibility to Importinstant animated stickers packs as received from third parties. Many stickers packs are under development and expected to come out soon.
  3. The third one is Download. the downloading option would make it possible to download default sticker packs from the apple store.

Stickers were also available in previous but animated stickers are new and seem to be more user friendly as they are slightly different from Gifs because these animated stickers, unlike gifs, might not play on loop and chances to contain toggling option is still unknown.
